I had a pretty good stay overall at the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and I loved the calm location, which made it a great base to explore Crete. However, I did face some issues with my room not being ready upon arrival, which was quite disappointing. The breakfast was nice but had limited options due to COVID-19 restrictions.
